Nobody answered the phone when called for assistance x3. Hours listed stated location was open from 9:30-12:30. We arrived at 9:30 and waited almost 30 min, while trying to contact someone via phone.

Coty PThe actual “owner/operator” was a creep and had actually given hell to his employee for HELPING me, after he caused me to have NO HELP cuz they never gave me the code to get into the compound so that I COULD Unload the truck so it was his own idea to help since I was ALONE doing the unloading!! It was the worst: no one mentioned (in the 5 times I spoke to an agent over the phone!) the deposit required for the truck that isn’t paid after you’re done so you know the full cost… it was terribly organized and the ONLY high point was dealing with Bill from the storage facility for uhaul in Cold Lake: such a gong show!!
