The only thing that would have made my U-Haul experience better was the location to pick up the truck was closer until I got called that the location didn’t have any 15 ft truck was calling the day before I had to go to another location and it ended up being a little further away and I’m disabled and it inconvenience me and I felt i should have got a little credit as you see everything has gone up and it would have been really nice to just save a little bit more other than that everything was ok
