My biggest problem was that we had no idea where to drop off the keys. We looked everywhere and then i got charged a 40$ fee? So weird and extremely unhelpful when I was exhausted from moving. On top of that it said 24 hours, but again no where to drop off the keys. Wish this wasn’t such a hassle! Isn’t U-haul supposed to be easy? Like isn’t that the whole appeal?
