The owners of the truck there at Scooters were helpless. They hardly spoke any English. Absolutely no help whatsoever. It wasn't until Kyle got involved that it finally got resolved and that wasn't until 30 minutes later. Mind you it was 98° outside and so I was completely soaked in sweat. Will never rent and accept this destination as a pick up again.
John PLock box difficult to open. Didn't want this location wanted William D Tate and was changed to this with out my consent. Probably won't use U-Haul again.
Carol HWe did not get the code directly and app ask to check the mielage and cleanliness without getting the keys, so have to come back to shop to get the keys first. Otherwise Location is good and store person really help us out.
Rajesh TOur pickup location changed 2 hours before pickup and cost us extra driving time, we couldn’t get the app to work to login, for over 30 min and the lady in the store glared at us and said she couldn’t help. I wasn’t able to take any photos before leaving. Upon returning, app still wasn’t working properly and gave wrong instructions to return key. The nice man inside store helped me finally figure out that I needed to just drop it in box, instead of following the WRONG instructions in the app and trying to reopen the lock box. Super disappointing experience and i have done this process many times before.’
