The location was super trashy, the two men were in a shop in the back and very rude. He was upset that I was dropping off a trailer and he had to stop whatever he was doing to help me unload it off of my truck. He also did not report that I returned it as U-Haul representative. Had to call me this morning to make sure it was dropped off. I dropped it off Saturday at 2 PM and my reservation wasn’t due until 9:30 AM on Sunday.
