Not sure of what to change. This was my first rental with U-haul. The truck was pretty nice and the engine and drive train had plenty of torque to pull itself up and over hills without any problem. The truck was not as bad on fuel consumption as I figured it would be. In my move, the roadways I used were not interstate, so I didn't have any need in speed at all. It had been 40 years since I drove a large truck, so I took my time and did all I could to be safe. Overall it was a nice and safe truck well maintained, and pretty good AC unit too. I didn't play the radio as it looked complex and I didn't want any distraction at all for safety. The truck was a 26 footer with all kinds of room. The only thing I would change would be the length of the loading ramp, as it's a bit short and makes for a very steep entry into the truck on level ground. My experience was a pretty good one and not overly complicated. GOD bless and have a nice safe day. 73.Earnest M.

When I arrived at my house, I parked the uhaul so I could finish packing. Next day loaded it, then next day got in to drive and realized there was a needle stuck down in the center in the back. I took a picture and left it because I didn't know what to do and was definitely not touching it. I notified the drop off place, she removed it and there was a brown tar substance in it. She advised it was probably heroin. It smelt like tar per the lady. I really wished I had noticed it at the pick up place. I just made sure the floors was clean, seats was clean and what the gas tank was on and the mileage. Also, to make sure no broken windshield things like that. I never would have thought to look for a needle.Laura I.

Pads were not folded. We ordered 5 dozen. There were 13. We did not realize they were not all there, since they were not folded & stacked, until we began to move the furniture. It was a great inconvenience to get hold of UHaul (30" wait on the phone), then they arranged for us to p/u the rest in Leesville. They only had 1 dozen when we got there.Ellen M.

UHAUL website sent us to Lone Star in Bronson but they weren't even accepting uhaul trucks yet!! So we had to drive 50 miles MORE to this location. There has said open till 4 but got there an NO ONE was to be found. All in all a horrible experience with uhaul. We will not be using you again in the next 2 weeks for the other half of our moverobert H.
I had to go into office and continue to call out for someone to help. He disappeared again for at least 7 minutes and then walked out and said "unhook it over there" and walked off. Never opened the unit, never said let me help...nothing.Timothy S.

I am very disappointed that uhaul did not keep their promise to have the equipment I needed where I needed it as promised. I had to drive to a different town to pick up the trailer then had to go to my originally requested location to pick up the furniture dolly I had reserved. Paper work was time consuming and difficult because equipment wasn't posted to the locations etc. etc.Thomas C.

When I went to return the enclosed trailer, I called and was told that a family member had just passed away. He mention that he could meet me at the location or I could just drop it off. He made it very convenient for me to return the trailer even under the emotional stress that the family was under. I appreciated the effort under the circumstances.SHERRY J.
Limited hours of operation, but does have a drop box. We caught them just in time to make face to face contact and ensure all drop off details were agreeable (i.e.- mileage, truck condition, etc.).Claudia H.

Attendant was not present at drop off time. I parked the trailer and put the rental contract in the key/contract drop box with my cell # on it so if there was a problem he could call me. Very convenient.Richard R.
