No recommendation for improvement. Steve went out of his way to locate hookup and give helpful instructions on the use of trailer. Will definitely use again.

No one was at the drop off location during office hours, which was frustrating. However, a phone call was answered by the owner who was on a service call and was very helpful with instructions on where to park the truck and leave the key for him to process the return.
Robert WThe location was super trashy, the two men were in a shop in the back and very rude. He was upset that I was dropping off a trailer and he had to stop whatever he was doing to help me unload it off of my truck. He also did not report that I returned it as U-Haul representative. Had to call me this morning to make sure it was dropped off. I dropped it off Saturday at 2 PM and my reservation wasn’t due until 9:30 AM on Sunday.
