If uhaul would make sure truck is going to be at the place the customer requested!!! We got numerous phone calls from uhaul saying the truck we ordered was not going to be available, plus we had to go to a different city to get truck,our time is money, we had to change our plans with people that helped us move, they also had to change their plans, which was inconvenient for them, the time and money and people that helped us are very very important to us, I will be looking for another company next time to move before I even consider uhaul!!!!! Thank you for the most unpleasant moving experience I've ever had!!!!!

Stephen BI was overcharged. It was supposed to be $18.95 plus taxes. But I was charged another $8 plus the extra taxes on that for safe tow, that I did not ask for.
