It took a FULL HOUR to pick up the U-Haul. We were the only customers in the store. Unable to reserve for more than one day ahead of time.

My 5x8 trailer had sticky dirt on the floor. When I asked to clean it, the gentleman said he could sweep it, but didnt help. Plus the trailer had no hitch lock and upon arriving damaged my merchandise. Alos there was no alternative trailer for me.
USMAN SDan and Ryan made this the best U-haul experience I have ever had. Everything was quick and efficient and they went out of their way to make sure I was good to go. This is the only place I will go from now on.

STACY CDon't bother trying this location. Run by bored teenagers. Dirty, poorly maintained trucks. Customer service is extinct here.
