The Valero location did a great job of getting us on the road as soon as possible. Our GUARANTEED reservation was transfered here (Valero) from a location on Powers Blvd when they failed to assign a truck to our reservation (we made two days in advance) for mobile pickup and were closed and wouldn't open for another 4 hours. I have NEVER had a smooth pickup experience with Uhaul and do my best to use a different company whenever possible. Uhaul as a whole, is extremely unreliable and I always make sure I tell everyone how unreliable they are.

Linda CI was told I could return it by 8pm the next day and then they called me the next day saying it would charge another day. I paid the extra day but if I known that I would have changed my plans. I also denied the safe coverage and then it shows it charged me. I specifically drove so that we didn’t have to pay it since I already had insurance that would cover me driving that.
