For the life of me, I can't remember the guy who helped me, but I will tell you he was great to work with, went over everything on how to hook up and doing the light check (we had one dimmed taillight which he told me to tell the drop off). This guy was so helpful he even offered me part of his dinner!!!. Anyhow, when I reached out the day before, he warned me of the construction and how to get into his location. That was very helpful.
ROBERT RI rented 12 moving blankets, but location I picked up the trailer does not carry moving blankets. I had to go to Home Depot and buy 4 moving blankets for $100!
