This was not the original location for pickup. I was supposed to pickup the truck at 455 E Woodmen but they failed to notify me that they didn’t have a truck even though I had reserved it over 2 months prior. Very poor service, not to mention I had to drive across town to pick up the truck I reserved. To top it off I had received a call two days prior telling me where to pick up the truck. I will NOT be recommending or using U-Haul again. If they would have offered a bigger truck or some type of credit I wouldn’t have been so irritated. Never again!!!
