They did not open on time and therefore there was a line. It took 40 minutes to get my uhaul. I left a review and the owner decided to put my full name address phone number and contract on his reply to my review. He continued to lie about what happend and even used an alternate account to leave a review mocking me.

Ryan, in particular, the manager on duty went above and beyond to assist me in fitting the trailer to my vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d be happy to rent from this location again.
GREGORY WThe location is small so wasn't clear where to park or drop off the van. The app worked inconsistently and wouldn't save any photos, so ultimately had to get assistance from the workers who were a great help but then the app kept tracking my location thinking I still had the van after I returned it.
