Lights for dark pick ups and inform the customer about the text to take pictures and inspect trailer, could not see anything in the dark anyhow and not everyone stares at their phone every 5 seconds

Blankets and dolly did not have the security tabs intact. Hoping I won’t get charged for using them as I had my own. Pick up location was fine but I was directed there due to closer locations not having the same size truck causing me to have to pay for extra mileage just use U-Haul.
Michael WI did an after hours drop off so can’t speak to any of these responses.
