I requested 6 foot interior clearance. I have a severe spinal arthritic disease which requires working in an upright position. I was assured the unit I rented had 6 foot clearance. I stand 5'5". The clearance did not accomodate my height and it was worse working under the raised door/gate. Extremely painful accomplishing the move.

Charged incorrectly because Automotive Specialist too lazy to see if equipment was returned where instructed to return AND two days later not bothering to clear there lockbox to see contract paperwork was placed in there also instructed. Then getting curt abrupt and unpleasant agent at dealership when inquiring about this topped off the wholly unpleasant experience. Rent elsewhere as these folks seem bothered and not interested in there Uhual dealership which is a side gig to there busy car repair enterprise

The check-in via internet was miserable. I had to enter 16 security codes before the system would allow me to complete the check-in process, and the drivers license and headshot review took way too long. I showed up to get my truck at 8am and wasn't complete with the check-in process with truck keys in-hand until 9:30am - and I'm extremely technologically inclined, so it wasn't user error with the system. Suggest streamlining that process.
