I forgot items in the usual sure to inclement weather and had no way to clean the uhaul. When I realized items were forgotten I was told I would be returned the items. I have still yet to have the items returned and am now out $500 because of it. On top of it all I was charged 150 dollar cleaning fee! And I did not leave trash I forgot my stuff!
