The lady answering the phone number is a complete a**hole. We tried to call twice when we realized there was a lock on the trailer and they said stupid crap and then hung up, both times. We never even got a chance to tell them the issue. It was super bizarre, and a weird business strategy. The guy at the counter was great though!!
