This location was great. However, the experience with U-Haul overall was very poor. My original booking was in the town I was moving from, but it was overbooked. "Reservation guarantee" doesn't mean much to U-Haul. This is the second time it has happened, and at two separate locations. Both times I was sent to a U-Haul an hour away just to get any equipment at all.
