The only thing I had any questions about was understanding exactly what I needed to do for an after-hours drop-off - the box for the key was obvious enough but I also noted a slot that was labeled for rental contract so I questioned if I needed to turn in my copy of the rental agreement. I did turn it in, assuming that I would have a copy of the receipt emailed to me, which I did receive. The people at Ogle's were really great all around, will definitely go back there for future rental needs.

great people and great equipment
GARY HThe truck had troubles starting had to jumpstart it multiple times got quite annoying as i had payed quite a lot for the meantime I was using the truck. It died a lot even when reversing. I have never had these kinds of issues with any uhaul trucks i have used before. Other than that reserving and picking up procedures were smooth and very understandable.
JACOB CI dropped off after hours so I did not interact with any employees.
