Mi comentario seria que la persona de atencion al cliente deveria hablar español tambian ser bilingue porque avemos muchas personas que nesesitamos el servicio de rentar pero como no hablamos English no nos atrevemos a prestar sus servicios entonces buscamos de otra manera aun que ellos nos cobre mas y pos eso seria todo
ISRAEL RRental truck was very clean. Customer service was friendly and made the rental experience easy to understand.
MAX ILanning Automotive made me purchase an four wire adapter so the lights on the tow dolly would work. That was my fault, I should have been prepared and not assumed a standard trailer plug would work. What upsets me is that the right side Brake/turn lights didn't work anyway. I spent $20 to satisfy them and then I was told "Oh you'll be fine" So they did not take the time to fix it, but I had to buy the adapter. Really? That just doesn't sit right with me. A $20 refund would be nice.
NATHAN MLittle tight on parking, but all in all things went very well.
