My only recommendation was I was never asked about my rental during drop off and they were unable to print off receipt.

Was told there was a dolly, when I went to inspect the truck there was no dolly. Went back to let them know spoke to a different person and they said there was no dolly and that it was a first come first serve. I rented this truck at the beginning of July and was told I would have everything the day before.
Courtney LNothing. The service is fine as usual. I schedule ahead and my trailer was ready when I got there I always get good service at Lannings.
CHARLES KThe lot is not spacious, making it a little harder to back the trailer into an available space but still doable.
RUSSELL CAll good, except for our return trip when after putting gas in vehicle, the check engine light came on which was a bit worrisome. Called dealer to let them know. Also noted on the return information. But we made it back. Hope it gets checked out.
