This location was very attentive and professional. I was originally sent to Boss Tires in Columbus to pick up my reserved truck. Upon arrival, I was told that the truck would not be available for another hour or possibly more. There evidently was a mix up with the scheduler. The guys at Boss Tire tried to remedy the situation but they simply had no more trucks. Steve at Boss Tire actually drove me to Lanning so I could get a truck on time. My sincere appreciation to the guys at Boss Tire who went out of their way to help me since they didn't have an additional 15" truck.

Holly GI would recommend this location, however the pickup process was a nightmare. The pricing I was quoted was incorrect online, I was promised a phone call from the uHaul manager within 24-72 hours, that never happened. And was told if he didn’t call the regional manager would call - also never happened. Miserable experience working with uHaul.
