Cramped lot, at least for a 15 foot truck with a 16 foot trailer. Drop off was after hours, there were no personnel to be helpful.
Joel TGreat customer service, made it extremely easy to extend the rental for an additional day without any issues. Rental was very clean and entire process was quick and easy , even on a holiday weekend. There were two customers ahead of me, and the wait was still less than 15 minutes. I used the online app for an after hours return and the process was simple with easy to follow instructions.
