Luis A. S.I returned the truck clean. Sweep the truck out well. When I asked to see the photo I was told someone higher up would have to send it to me. I requested to be contacted. I was scammed. I would like to check the photo's metadata to see when and where it was taken. I could not recommend U-Haul.
Robin C.Have someone with you to check if it is clean before you leave. I was charged cleaning fee of $25. I rented the truck for about an hour to bring new carpet from menards to my home, less than 15 miles. It was sunny day and I was the only driving it. There were few mud dots under passenger seat before I took it, they charged me for that dirts which was not my fault
