I would recommend this location, however the pickup process was a nightmare. The pricing I was quoted was incorrect online, I was promised a phone call from the uHaul manager within 24-72 hours, that never happened. And was told if he didn’t call the regional manager would call - also never happened. Miserable experience working with uHaul.

Lengthy wait for counter service
TERRY WI think the app could describe the process of checking out on your own and checking the truck back in on your own a little more before the whole event occurs. It’s just nice to know ahead of time.
