I was over charged on milage. I have pictures. The van smelled like weed, cigars and cigarettes. Fuel was just over half tank. Back of van was filthy.
ANTHONY OTook a long time to get the U-Haul, the back had trash, they didn’t have my reservation even with the confirmation code and then were giving me different price ratings that were more expensive than what I was told on the phone. The employee was talking on the phone with a friend the entire time instead of getting my reservation squared away. The turn signal didn’t work which made driving very dangerous. Not a great experience
