Easy process
EDISON IThe instructions were vague and took a minute to locate the box to retrieve the keys. Also, instructions on where to park your vehicle on-site would be helpful. Thank you.
David KDirty inside office that smelled of marijuana. Workers were not very helpful with questions and were difficult to understand. The lockboxes already had the code keyed in and just needed pulled to be opened - not very secure.
Gretchen RThis convenience store location is dirty, smelly, and the customer service is atrocious. I could see the disappointment on the man's face when I told him I was there to pick up a U-Haul, not buy alcohol or tobacco. There is no signage indicating this is a U-Haul location, other than a few trucks in the lot. I did not see any signage inside the store indicating where to go or what to do to check in or check out for U-Haul.
