Convenient pick up location, vehicle interior was pretty dirty. Nobody came out to check the vehicle with me. Although I filled up the vehicle with gas up to the level of where it was when I picked it up, this location charged an additional $9.45 for gas. I’m not impressed at all - please refund this amount to me.

This location is in a business that is more concerned with their beer carryout, vape and burner cell phone sales than the U-Haul business. I asked to be checked in and the young women just took my key and said that’s all. I asked about check in and one of the older men said I need to be checked in. Nobody ever came out, so I had to do the app turn in on my own. Not a good experience.

Chrishon WGas tank was 1/6 full when I picked the vehicle up. I drove 11 miles. And I get charged a $30 Fuel Service Fee as well as a $5.50 fuel charge (for 1 gallon)? Seems a little excessive.
