It was convenient. However, the Uhaul app crashed at least 8 times when I was trying to return the truck and it took about 45 minutes. Uhaul got the job done, but overall, not a great rental experience for pickup and drop off.

There wasn’t a lot of room to inspect and take pics of the vehicle. I had to stand on a trashed door to get the front of the truck. The staff in the store were otherwise great and helpful.
