The truck was dirty on the inside and they didn’t have the blankets that I ordered. The truck barely had any gas so I had to stop at a gas station immediately. The customer service was horrible as well. Rude and unhelpful people.
Andrew CWe ordered padding blankets and a dolly but neither came with the truck. They have no extra equipment there to fulfill orders. The process was easy but truck could've been vacuumed and a little cleaner.
Courtney TKey not in lock box, van boxed in between larger trucks, impossible to get out. Had to ask employee to move other trucks to get out.
Gabriella PA bit challenging to open the lock to get the keys, took many tries and maybe 5 minutes. Not sure why, eventually it just opened.
