They charged me double the mileage of what I did. I went to a storage unit located 7 miles away and back and they said I went 40 miles- nobody checked me out they just said to put the key on the counter so they could charge me what they want - the store also reeks of marijuana

I initially tried to pick up the vehicle using the app, but unfortunately, that process did not work. I then worked directly with the staff at the location. They informed me that the van I had reserved had not yet been returned and asked if I would be willing to take a truck instead. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me due to the size of the truck and what I needed the vehicle for. While waiting, I noticed that there were at least two vans sitting in the lot. I specifically asked about those vans and was told that neither of them was available to rent. I waited around for some time, and then, somewhat unexpectedly, one of those same two vans became available after someone went out and “inspected” it. I was ultimately able to get a van, and I appreciate that the staff eventually found a solution. However, the overall experience was frustrating and confusing. I had reserved a van in advance, the app pickup did not work, my reserved van was not available, I was offered a vehicle that did not meet my needs, and vans that were initially said to be unavailable suddenly became rentable after I had already spent time waiting.
Skot SStaff were not well prepared for check-in and construction blocked in equipment access/made it difficult for parking overall. Positive points because the lead/owner did ensure the rental went smoothly
John BIt was convenient. However, the Uhaul app crashed at least 8 times when I was trying to return the truck and it took about 45 minutes. Uhaul got the job done, but overall, not a great rental experience for pickup and drop off.
Kevin BThere wasn’t a lot of room to inspect and take pics of the vehicle. I had to stand on a trashed door to get the front of the truck. The staff in the store were otherwise great and helpful.
