The directions for dropping off and parking the truck are not entirely clear and the signage isn't obvious. The issue was managed because the staff person was willing to accommodate how the truck was parked, but if he not been there, it could have presented a problem.
Kevin CNo drop box to be found. Was told to drop key off in the mail box. Tried to do the right thing and return the key on Monday and not leave it in the truck. Was called on Sunday by Don's car care and the associate was really rude over the phone.
