There was no uhaul signage and there is not very from the road. So I called the number and asked him if where he was located and I told him that I did any signage indicating uhaul service. The guy started screening and saying where drop off here and if I was blind and hung up the phone. Uhaul do not train it franchise member and they have bad customer service.

The location and owner were fine, the experience was horrible because of your specific employee "Rick V." feeling it's ok to steal the truck I PAID for with all my items and purse inside then refusing to tell me or even uhaul where it was taken to for hr.
