Person working would not help with our drop off due to physical limitation. No jack or other equipment available to take trailer off back hitch, had to do myself. Super dangerous. These places should be staffed to be able to assist with drop-offs and have proper equipment/tools to do safely.

When I returned the truck I parked and was following the return process on the uhaul app when an associate at Franks told me I parked in the wrong place, and told me to "get the fuck out of the truck" to which I was completely shocked that someone would say such a thing. I have rented from Uhaul several times and have never been treated so poorly by someone. It is unfortunate that Uhaul allows a location with such poor customer service represent them. I would hope that Uhaul will address this issue with Franks Marathon and refund all or part of my rental.
