The customer service experience wasn't great. The man at the counter was not helpful and seemed generally uninterested in making the sale.
John LDriver's door did not close/seal, there was a visible gap. I don't expect a rental truck to be immaculate but the dash and cupholder area was visibly coated with dirt.
