Extremely rude staff. Acted inconvenienced by me. Bed of truck had standing water in it. Driver side door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. Alignment was so bad the steering wheel had to be turned in the 9 o’clock position to keep straight.

Jill AI was given a very dirty truck with a significant crack in the windshield on the driver's side and a driver's side window that wouldn't roll up (it was January and freezing). I was told that no other trucks of my size were available at the location. Since I'd already paid, I had to go through UHaul's roadside assistance to be assigned another rental (which I had to drive to another location to get). This was a bad experience overall, I would not recommend this location.
