Easy pick up and drop off, I didn't have my phone, so I had to wait on my ride to get me and use their phone. One thing that I would recommend is that you get Wi-Fi for customers. I was out of data one time and it couldn't get my truck and had to go through hoops to get it But other than that, U haul is the best around.
