I was given a very dirty truck with a significant crack in the windshield on the driver's side and a driver's side window that wouldn't roll up (it was January and freezing). I was told that no other trucks of my size were available at the location. Since I'd already paid, I had to go through UHaul's roadside assistance to be assigned another rental (which I had to drive to another location to get). This was a bad experience overall, I would not recommend this location.

Eddynson GThe customer service experience wasn't great. The man at the counter was not helpful and seemed generally uninterested in making the sale.
John LDriver's door did not close/seal, there was a visible gap. I don't expect a rental truck to be immaculate but the dash and cupholder area was visibly coated with dirt.
