The uhaul app was not working. It wouldn’t let me upload pictures of the truck when I first picked it up. I would take the picture and hit upload and it would disappear. It was very frustrating

ANDREA SExtremely rude staff. Acted inconvenienced by me. Bed of truck had standing water in it. Driver side door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. Alignment was so bad the steering wheel had to be turned in the 9 o’clock position to keep straight.
