Doug at this location was great However Greg from a shop down the road, had taken the van we were suppose to be renting. I then had to drive to go get my vehicle, bring it back to where I was suppose to be renting it. Greg made me wait 15 minutes to even get the key because he was talking with his friend in the office. 2 people were helped while we were waiting. Then when we got the van it was dirty. Trash everywhere in the front seats, AND Greg had all of his crap in the back of the van I had to clean out. As well as no gas in the truck, I was an hour plus late to getting my truck after all this. I've always used Uhaul and never had a problem. This was unacceptable.
