I changed my reservatrion for a later time tyo pick up. I arrived on time for the rescheduled reservation. After a two hour wait in the sun and, several phone calls to Uhaul I was transferred to a customer support/technical support specialist. Then and only then was Im given a clode and truck number and told to open the back gate of the truck. afterf two and 1/2 hours of phone calls, and verification, and on hold, I lifted the gate and found the keys. It is approximately 1.5 miles from pick-up to my destination. and 1.5 miles back to uhaul at 1100 bonham street, commerce Texas 75428. The reservation time and the time that I actually drove away with the truck varried significantly but was not considered . I was charged: Pending U-Haul Pending withdrawal Purchase -$101.89 and U-Haul Pending withdrawal Purchase -$84.84 Never mind the 2 1.2 hour wait in the sun or maybe a discounted rate for the inconvience. No, Uhaul instead doubled down and charged me almost $200 for a 1,5 mile trip and for a 1,5 mile trip back to uhaul. for a total of 3 miles per Google maps. I did not gas up. and I was late returning the truck. the total travel in miles, High estimate is no more than 5 miles round trip. Finding help to move my belongins is what caused the delay. Uhaul was unapologictic for the delay on their end. Instead, they used my delayed return of the vehicle to double down and charge me the maximum amount x2.

Denisha CDo not rent the same 26 ft truck until it is realigned or repaired. The truck pulled to the right, did not track straight and shimmied. But scheduling did a great job accommodating me by giving me an extra day and mileage so I could detour around the snowy and icy roads in Colorado. U Haul is the best in my opinion.
