This was not my initial pick up location my reservation was changed at the last minute not even 24 hours before my pick up with no communication. This is very unacceptable and poor quality service. Thank you to this location being the only location available with after hour pick up but this was not okay.

Not sure what to say I call like 3 or 4 times to 24/7 hours customer service and they help me really good there experience really good and help a lot and I call because I receiver my truck for 12:00 am and I got there at 1:00am so I got there late so I call reset the time for me to pick up the truck love the way they help me out

VICKIE HIt was hard to get into my rental, the truck was super dirty, getting in set me back in time, I was last then an hour late bring it back. One was it took long for me to get in and on the way back on rosecrans the train was going forward and back for 24 minutes that took up some time when on my way back to return. I got charged an extra day and extra insurance. Was not okay with that
