I was told at checkout the dolly I had reserved some time in advance was not available. While this may seem like a minor inconvenience to the store owner and others, it left me without any means of moving heavy furniture as I was solo. This is unacceptable. In addition, it was discovered the furniture pads were not in the trailer once I arrived at moving destination. I do accept partial responsibility for not checking before leaving the premises, but once again, poor customer service.
Jeffery Ewas a very simple process and customer service was excellent.
Garrett HTruck was parked in a high grass area, truck was out of alignment, driver door did not close w/o slamming, furniture blanket bag only had 1 blanket when the bag said it would have 6, used nylon glove and butchers knife behind appliance dolly.
