No complaints other than, and it’s not location specific, the lock on the hitch to open the trailer can be challenging to unlock during the colder season. It took much longer than it should trying to unlock the lock.

Great service from U-Haul. The staff was friendly, the truck was clean, and the pickup and return process was quick and easy. Would definitely use them again.
Fast EIt was so easy to rent the truck last minute, as well I needed the truck for an extra day and could not extend online. But called Stereo1 and the guy made it happen for me. I would only rent from that location for now on.

Stereo OI reserved a van 1 week ahead of time, it was cancelled 5 minutes before the pickup time, asked me to go to a different location, to rent a larger/more expensive/harder to drive truck, required me to purchase the insurance, rep was very rude and didnt bother to explain, in the end the rep drove the exact van I asked to reserve in front of me and ran away, left me with just a key for the truck. I was also charged higher rate, it was not per mileage which I asked for, I was charged a fixed higher rate.
