The Conrad facility was very professional. However, the timing of the E-Alert due to my niece not paying a prior bill of nearly $1500.00 was not helpful to the process. When my niece arrived to pick-up the 10-ft UHaul truck that I rented, the individual at Dan's Tire notified her that she could not take the truck until the prior bill was paid. You need to improve your E-Alert system as I had communicated with UHaul representatives on-line and by phone multiple times over the prior two weeks including 2-3 days prior to the pick-up when you changed the pick-up location from Shelby to Conrad. If I had been informed of the E-Alert I could have paid the prior bill by credit card before the time of the truck pickup. When I tried to contact UHaul E-Alert while my niece was still in Conrad, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes so the individual at Dan's Tire rescheduled the pick-up to Thursday morning. When I tried to reconcile the bill Thursday morning, I again was put on-hold for over 15 minutes and decided to switch to the online chat line. The chatline individuals were very helpful, connected me to the billing office and I was sent a secure text line to pay the bill.
