All was good, I expected a call from U-Haul to let me know that the size of truck I requested was no longer available and that I would have access to a larger truck.
David DLights did not work on the trailer. I had to repair them myself before my trip. Owner was not helpful with the rental..
Lorenzo VWhile the equipment that the locations held, and also the IN PERSON customer service was decent the overall experience regarding returns was a frustrating hot mess! Just know you better be precise about your intentions ie; dates and EXACT TIME/RETURN LOCATIONS or be prepared to pay a lot extra $$$
