Everything went well but if I were to recommend anything it would be applying a light coat of thin oil to the ratchets. It was very difficult tightening & loosening the strap ratchets.

The employee was incredibly rude. It was my first time renting a U-Haul. I'm 20 years old, moving into my own apartment for the first time. The employee was passive-aggressive and very unhelpful. Will not be back.
