The 28 foot truck we got leaked and all our stuff was wet when I told the uhaul place we got it from he told us I can't do anything call uhaul directly. I was on the phone for 30 mins never got any one !

I think that if you return the truck by the end of the day, you should not be charged an extra $40. I was upset by this considering there were two of us moving stuff out and we did not take breaks trying to get the truck empty in time.

This trailer is junk. It had been refurbished, but I busted 2 knuckles opening and closing the old-style hook latch. Before being rented, the latch should be replaced, or at least adjusted & checked. Also, when the door rolls up, it gets stuck in the top and won't close. Very poor experience when opening & closing the door all day long.

I did not receive an email verifying how much gas I was supposed to put in the uhaul, or a contract. I was told when I returned it that they should have told me how much to fill it up in gas, now I'm out $80.
