Quick and easy drop off
Brian BI was very disappointed with Uhaul I preordered a truck and car hauler to my surprise when I went to check on it the day before pick-up I had to call customer service. I found out that my reservation was not reserved indeed. So I had to call and set up for picking up a truck and trailer. I use Uhaul all the tinme and this was very frustrating . Lack of communication, the ball was defiantly dropped. Sincerely Julie
