On our third try to rent 15’ trailer in Casa Grande the employee at the U-haul located close to interstate 10 and across from Promenade, was very nice and found a trailer in Coolidge that we could rent. He was very nice and transaction was completed

I was sent here because the location I was supposed to drop it at was overfill. 30 miles round trip out of my way this was uhauls fault not the drop off location. I Iowans to leave ratings but required to do survey.Really hard to rate this place. How do you rate how helpful the employee was when no one is there! Location was closed no one there to check in and no signed location to drop trailer. Security bars on doors and windows makes me nervous. No way to secure trailer once dropped off. Was told to check in through the app. Did this and uploaded pictures. Never received any email letting me know it was checked in.
