Anthony GI rented a car dolly, and one of the straps that go over the tires have been cut somehow so when I went to use it, I was unable. I had to utilize my own strap and attach it to the dolly to make it work.

Robb EMake it more streamlined because it’s inside of a convenience store there’s more traffic than probably usual with mixing uhaul customers with people purchasing snacks/fuel. Otherwise, the location and staff are polite and very accommodating!

Fayerene FPick up location was changed at the last minute. Went to pick up at scheduled time and they were not even open. Had make two trips to pick up. Uhaul should have know the hours at pick up location. Have rented from Uhaul before and it went much smoother than this time, I would have given pick up location C&L a better rating if they can get Uhaul to relay their hours to the customer. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

They were very courteous to my grandson who picked up the truck and auto carrier. They were very courteous to my son and grandson who brought back the equipment. Thank you very much.
MICHAEL NThis truck had grease all in the back of the unit. It’s all over our furniture boxes. This is disgusting. I was not given a chance to look at this part of the unit when I accepted it using my phone. Had I been able to too, I would have rejected this unit. This was horrible.

WILLIAM WIt’s the only drop off in city, I’m sure it’s wonderful and I’d tell a friend to do it if they moved to Coolidge but I would suggest they go out of their way for it.
John DThis is not a reflection on the location. I reserved a truck and car hauler at the queen creek az location I received a call stating they were at another location 25 miles away I received a call stating they did not have a car hauler I called uhaul main # and was told it was at the second location Arrived to pick up truck/trailer and was told no trailer Waited 40 min to be told the trailer was an hour away Had to completely re-arrange my 250 mile move the day of at a large expense to my family. I now have no way to transport my vehicle to my new home. Uhaul made no effort to help me with the situation uhaul caused. Since uhaul seems to have little regard for their customers I will have to absorb the inconvenience and expense of their poor service.
martin zIt would be nice if UHaul would pay back the difference if and when the equipment is brought back earlier than projected. I returned this trailer 3 days early and no compensation at all. Bad business.
