Everything went well until the trailer disconnected from the ball while rolling the motorcycle off. Other than that I am overall satisfied

Never explained what the price would be for the size truck I had cost me way too much for the 2 days I got it for. Will never use uhaul again.

REILLY JIf there was some way to make the scent from the cleaner used to clean the van LESS strong, that would be VERY appreciated - it was way too much. Also - I ended up thinking that I left the interior light on in the van - did not realize that it took so long to turn off - a heads up about this would be good. Also - I was concerned when I arrived after hours that the gate access to the yard (with the vehicles and storage containers) was open - thought this might be a security risk - a heads up about this would be a good idea.
