TRENT BVery good service. I appreciated being informed of the change in location for pick-up. Please advise customers of the need for photo ID in case, like me, they have only a temporary paper driver's license and no other documents with a photograph. This could have delayed considerably my pick-up had I not lived fairly close by for me to return and get my passport. Thanks.
