Very good service. I appreciated being informed of the change in location for pick-up. Please advise customers of the need for photo ID in case, like me, they have only a temporary paper driver's license and no other documents with a photograph. This could have delayed considerably my pick-up had I not lived fairly close by for me to return and get my passport. Thanks.

John LOnly thing I'd say is that it would be nice if the location was open for longer, 10:30-3:30 is a pretty tight window
