Everything about the van was great. However, I did not recieve 12 blankets as requested. Only 7. I really needed more packing blankets than 7 but I made due.

JOSEPH RHi, I am actually requesting a refund because I was not able to use the van as planned. We had to return it because the horrible smell like if there was a dead person or dead fish. I returned the van as soon as we knew we couldn't use it. The movers did not want to use it unfortunately. The lady at the store was nice and very helpful and she said to contact the 1800 number to get the refund as she acknowledged that the van's gas and mileage was the same as when I took it.
