The drop off site was easy to get into clean and people were friendly however I returned U-Haul a day early and customer service at U-Haul seemed like they didn’t know how to handle that situation. The app wouldn’t work when trying to submit pictures of equipment and truck when returning was sent to a different sept a couple times with hold times 15-20 minutes at each transfer. Was not happy with that

ERNIE SActually had no issues, the online reservation was simple. I would rather have had a trailer instead of a dolly ,but on such short notice you had what I needed to get the job done.
