There was no one here to assist with turn-in of the vehicle. The location is simple a dropped off point with no personnel in attendance. The local business sharing this location was helpful in letting me use their wi-fi to get the vehicle turned in. Without their help, the turn-in would have been a total disaster. The location is outside the city and out in the country. If I didn't know the area, I would not have found the location. GPS reception in the area is spotty.
