The Hitch was in the dirt and connecting wiring harness full of water and dirt. I had to clean it out myself.
Jonathan NThe location does not have cellular service. The store would not initially give me access to their WIFI password to do the online pickup, It was only after an hour of trying and begging to use their wifi was I able to use the app. I tried calling all u-haul numbers but was informed I could only use online pickup. This location is not suitable for online pickup.
