.99 cents a km is a bit much, with the cost of the rental and today’s fuel prices. Anyone having to travel any distance, it can get very expensive. Especially when you have to return the Rental to the place of pickup. It’s a double whammy.

CJ BThe location has very poor internet service and I found the 24/7 pick up option hard to use The clerk was not at all helpful at the store location first I was told they were closing at 4 pm then I was told when I asked for assistance the operator was not available as this location was closed for 2 weeks. The original pick up location was supposed to be Corner Brook and was changed to Cormack because they had no equipment in Corner Brook Only because I was talking to a UHaul agent on the phone who was very helpful could I mange the share app otherwise I would not have been able to pick up the truck When I got sorted out with the truck there was an engine light on . I contacted roadside and I was told drive the truck anyway because it was a solid light not flashing The ruck when dropped off in Cormack was parked in a drainage ditch where I went up to my ankles in water trying to get pictures My recommendation is UHaul move this to a more suitable location
