Was lied to on amount charged to my card, also told them didn't want insurance since my card insurance covers trailer rentals and they still charged me insurance. Didn't help put the trailer on like all other location and lied about getting a refund on amount of days not used. Very disappointed

I had to remove air out tire pull strap over tire put air in tire to be able to secure truck. When I got to my house with truck again I had to remove air from tire, remove strap put air back in tire so I can get truck off trailer.

Worst U-haul experience ever. I use the truck every time I move which is every 2-3 years. I rented a truck and tow trailer for my vehicle. When we tried to put the vehicle on the the trailer, the trailer wasn't secured to the truck. The front of the trailer raises up really high. Once that was fixed and he car was on the trailer, I had to climb out the window cause the trailer wheel well was preventing me from opening my door. It's not easy climbing out of a car window. Once I arrived at my destination to drop off the trailer the consultant advised that the wheel well can move. Therefore I didn't need to climb out the window when I picked it up. The trucks air conditioning didn't work either. I travelled for 8 hours with the window down. Moved from south Texas so it was still hot. I advised the rental place that the ac didn't work before I left.
