The young man who rented the truck to me advised that I could just let him know that i was dropping it off and he would take care of it. I did just that, yet the next day a uhaul rep was calling asking if I had dropped the trailer off. So he evidently did not check it back in

This site was the furthest from where we were located, the equipment was on an overgrown and muddy site, infested with mosquitoes. We could barely get the equipment out. Further, the pick-up loa ton was a busy lottery/smoke shop and the attendant kept going back and forth from helping us to checking people out at the drive through window and the counter. It was a terrible experience.
