The truck wasn't dirty still made my bf sweep it out. Then I had issues with the auto payment and I asked if I could use a card her said no them he said yes and told me he put I paid cash. I paid via card at the store on Sat 04 12 and they tried to charge again today.. very rude. Well not recommend. The store was cluttered and dusty. I sent an email with the paid charge on the 12 and the denied charge via text today at 430. The woman was rude to us x as x son as we got there.

I rented a u-haul 20 ft. truck for a one way move. Everything was as planned. Truck was available and waiting for me at my reservation time. I was able to return it to a location only 4 miles from my destination. Only took about 5 minutes.
